Until you delete it. Sobi does not expire your messages or your memory on a timer, because the whole point of it is to remember things for longer than you would. The one exception is the raw technical payload from the messaging provider, which is discarded after 30 days because nothing reads it after your message has been stored.
By texting Sobi you agree to this policy. The number you text is published with a link to it, and Sobi points you here at the end of your first conversation.
Sobi is run by one person and uses a small number of companies to work at all. Each one sees only what it needs to:

devices behind it. Your messages pass through them on the way in and on the way out.
store the keys that let Sobi read it, and Sobi's requests to that service pass through them. They never see your messages or anything Sobi remembers about you. If you disconnect, or delete your account, that connection is deleted at Nango too. Your information is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you.
Connecting something is always your choice. Sobi sends you a link, and nothing is connected until you sign in on that service's own page and allow it. The text with the link says in plain words what Sobi will read and what it will remember. You can undo it at any time by texting disconnect and the service's name, for example disconnect calendar, and Sobi loses access immediately.
The database is copied once a night and the copy is kept for 30 days. If something went badly wrong, up to 24 hours of the most recent activity could be lost. That is the honest number.
is gone: messages, memory, reminders, the lot. It cannot be undone and it cannot be recovered from a backup on request.
When this policy changes, Sobi tells you in the chat and points you to the new version. Carrying on after that is your agreement to it. If you would rather not, text delete my account and everything goes.
