Until you delete it. Sobi does not expire your messages or your memory on a timer, because the whole point of it is to remember things for longer than you would. The one exception is the raw technical payload from the messaging provider, which is discarded after 30 days because nothing reads it after your message has been stored.
Sobi is run by one person and uses a small number of companies to work at all. Each one sees only what it needs to:

store the keys that let Sobi read it, and Sobi's requests to that service pass through them. They never see your messages or anything Sobi remembers about you. If you disconnect, or delete your account, that connection is deleted at Nango too. Your information is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you.
Connecting something is always your choice, and Sobi asks you separately before it does. The ask says in plain words what it will read and what it will remember. You can undo it at any time by texting disconnect calendar, and Sobi will lose access immediately.
The database is copied once a night and the copy is kept for 30 days. If something went badly wrong, up to 24 hours of the most recent activity could be lost. That is the honest number.

When this policy changes, Sobi asks you to agree again before doing anything else. It does not assume that agreeing once means agreeing to whatever comes later.
